We had a great time exploring the charming city and beautiful surroundings. the location was ideal and made it easy to get around. we loved the amazing wellness area which included various saunas and a relaxation area. On top of that, we were happy to find convenient parking nearby.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is situated near the ski slopes, making it extremely convenient for skiing enthusiasts. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the bathroom facilities are clean and modern, and the staff is always ready to assist with any requests. the breakfast spread is delicious and offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.
The staff's lack of friendliness is a drawback that can dampen the overall experience.

Spent Christmas in a lovely village surrounded by stunning natural scenery. The location was easy to get to from Verona airport and the locals were very hospitable. There were plenty of activities to do year-round, including mountain biking, which we're looking forward to trying in the summer. Plus, the food and wine quality was exceptional.
The staff lacked warm hospitality and problem-solving skills. The cleaning condition was not up to par which is disappointing.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the wellnes area, which had a variety of saunas and a relaxing atmosphere. The parking area was excellent, providing a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, being in the city center and close to the ski slopes. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
For us, it was ideal.
